Faizah Ahmad joined Terengganu Inc in November 2016. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) with honors degree from UiTM Shah Alam. She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in Kuala Lumpur in 2002 and thereafter started her career as a litigation lawyer with Messrs V Siva and Partners. Prior to joining Terengganu Inc, she had a total of 15 years’ experience working in various government-linked and public listed companies including Johor Corporation, Metroplex Berhad, Patimas Computers Berhad and Employee Provident Fund Board (EPF). She also has extensive experience handling prosecution gained during her 7 years stint with the Companies Commission of Malaysia as Senior Prosecutor. She left SSM in 2014 to challenge herself into new focus area and join a Multi-National Company as General Counsel overseeing legal matters for Malaysia and Singapore.
Faizah has been awarded the Statement of Attainment for Business Management Workforce Skills (BM WSQ) Qualification: Facilitate Compliance with Legislative and Regulatory Requirements by Singapore National Employers Federation upon successful completion of the Fundamentals of The Personal Data Act in October 2014.
