On 16 December 2022 - Primula Beach Hotel, a member of Terengganu Inc Group, gained national recognition as it bagged the award for the Best 4-Star Eco Green Beach Front Hotel from the Malaysian Association of Travel Agencies (MATA) and Santai Travel Magazine.

Kumpulan Medic Iman Sdn Bhd (KMI Healthcare) bagged home two awards at "The BrandLaureate BestBrands Award 2022", which took place on 25 August 2022 at Majestic Hotel Kuala Lumpur. The healthcare arm of the Group was first accorded the "Corporate Excellence for Healthcare Sector - Private Hospitals" award, recognizing and placing it in the league of well-renowned brands within the sector in Malaysia. KMI Healthcare's proof of excellence did not end there; its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Dr. Rayney Azmi Ali came out on top, receiving "The BrandLaureate Brand Leadership Award 2022" for his unwavering commitment to taking the brand and its network of leading multi-disciplinary private hospitals to greater heights, and contributing to the well-being of Malaysians.

This award was approved by the European Commission (ISCC EU) effective from March 17, 2021, to March 16, 2022, and accorded to the company following an independent technical review conducted on the company’s supply chain, operations, and greenhouse gas (GHG) calculations by an ISCC registered certification body at TDMP’s South Zone operation units.

On 12 March 2023, - Manis FM won the "Outstanding East Coast Radio Channel" award in Anugerah Perniagaan Keusahawanan Kelantan (KBEA) 2023 held at Hotel Perdana, Kota Bharu. Manis FM was honored to be among the 30 recipients receiving the awards out of 128 nominations and will continue to strive in providing an outstanding listening experience.
