Mohd Roslan bin Mamat

Mohd Roslan bin Mamat first joined Terengganu Inc in August 2015 as Head, Risk Management and was redesignated as a Chief Governance Officer in January 2016. He has also appointed as an Acting Chief Operating Officer in November before transferred to TDM Berhad, a subsidiary of Terengganu Inc serving as Head, Internal Audit in December 2019. Prior to that, he was with Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad (BIMB) in internal auditor and shariah Risk Management functions from 2002 to 2015. He returned to Terengganu Inc in December 2020 as Senior Vice-President, President & Executive Director’s Office.

He holds Chartered Islamic Finance Professional (CIFP) from International Centre of Education Islamic Finance He graduated from International Islamic University Malaysia in bachelor's degree in accounting.
